FAQ

1. How do I register?

Fill out the boot camp registration form so that we can set up your FREE bootcamp consult.

Registrations are done at the time of your Boot Camp Consult, which is a free session that includes discussing your fitness goals, taking measurements, recording you're bodyfat and taking a before picture so we can assess your progress throughout the camp. These Boot Camp Consults are done prior to you entering into the program.

2. What does a typical Boot Camp class entail?

This class has high intensity and tons of energy within a fun, supportive atmosphere of
group exercise. The class is led by an ISSA/ASFA certified Personal Trainer and Group Trainers. Classes include conditioning exercises and basic calisthenics such as jumping jacks, push-ups, creative team challenges, obstacle courses, and core training.

3. Can I bring a friend who's not registered?

We have “Bring A Friend” days once per month. If your friend is interested in trying out the
class prior to that day, they can
email me to discuss the various programs that are offered.
There is a 1 Week Free Trial Period prior to every new Monthly Program.

4. What should I bring to class?

Please bring the following with you:

Water bottle, Set of dumbbells and a Yoga mat or Towel.

Bring a set of dumbbells: beginners 3 to 5 lbs, intermediate 7 to 10 lbs, advanced 12 to 15lbs.

5. What results can I expect from participation in boot camp?

Although results vary, most recruits experience increased energy, increased lean mass
(reduction of body fat), decreased stress levels, confidence, and sense of community not
seen in traditional "Gym" classes. A typical boot camp session burns approximately 600-
700 calories.

6. Are all boot camps held outdoors or indoors?

7. I am nervous I won't be able to do the class!

Boot Camp can be intimidating and it is hard but you will start slow even if you're a bit more experienced, and we will encourage that the first couple of classes you go at your own pace and a bit slower. The trainers care about your safety and want you to fell comfortable with the workout. We will encourage you to work at your own pace and rest when needed. This bootcamp class is designed to include all aspects of training and intensity and we encourage plenty of water breaks.

We have an Intro to Boot Camp 4 Week 1x per week class that focuses on technique, form, mini-circuits with nutrition counseling.
