Terms and Conditions

There are NO Surprises Memberships With Us! Please be sure to read the following membership terms and conditions below and please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything you are unclear of before joining.

Drop in & Punch Cards Policy:

When you purchase your Drop in or Punch Card you will recieve an email with Registration & a Health Questionaire to fill out this is required to participate in Bootcamp

Winchester Bootcamp Punch cards do have an expiration date based on the number of sessions purchased, your drop in session that you have purchased also has an expiration date.  Please refer above for the expiration date on each card.

If your Winchester Bootcamp Punch Card is lost, stolen or misplaced you are able to receive another card for a $10 cost.

No Refunds on purchased Winchester Bootcamp Punch Cards, Punch Cards can be used for Morning, Evening, and Weekend Classes depending on the location purchased for.

Month-to-Month Memberships:

Recurring Billing Cycle: All ML Athletics Bootcamps month-to month memberships are based on a 30 day recurring billing cycle. Your first payment will occur 7 days after your initial registration has been submitted (the initial 7 days are your free trial week) and recurring charges will be processed every 30 days until membership cancellation is requested. (If you need to update your free week please use the comments section upon check out so that we can adjust your billing period).

30-Day Cancellation Policy: A 30 day written notice is required to cancel or terminate any and all memberships. Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met.

Default Billing: All members are required to keep an active credit card or bank account on file to be used for membership dues, retail purchases or default billing.

Deposit for Good Faith (DGF): A 1-month Good Faith Deposit is required for non-EFT payments made by cash or check. Your DGF is credited to your customer account and is then applied to your final billing cycle.

No Refunds: once registration has been submitted or payment has been received there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Annual, 3 Month, & 6 Month Memberships:

Automatic Renewal: Once any one of our membership terms has expired you will be automatically renewed under the initial terms of your membership for a consecutive term until membership cancellation is requested.

Membership Holds: Memberships may be put on hold for a maximum of 1 billing cycles and may only be put on hold for extreme and unexpected circumstances (i.e Serious Illness). A doctors note is required in order to place your membership on hold.

No Refunds: once registration has been submitted or payment has been received there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Special Memberships:

Full Payment: All special membership offers require full payment at time of membership registration.

No Refunds: Once membership has been submitted and processed we do not offer any refunds. Any and all memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

General Class Policies:

Missed Classes/Make-ups: All missed classes due to vacation, illness or leave of absence must be made-up during your current billing cycle and may not be carried over to future cycles. A medical note is required to suspend membership in the event of illness, injury or medical leave of absence.

Vacations Weeks: During 2-3 weeks spread throughout the calendar year we may close all business operations for vacation breaks for members and staff.

Misc:

Upgrades/Downgrades: Membership changes must be made in writing to upgrade or downgrade membership to another plan.

LATE PAYMENTS: (For Cash/check paying members). Late membership dues beyond 3 day grace period will automatically default to credit card or bank account on file for billing.

ML Athletics Fitness Bootcamp is not responsible for any errors that may appear on this website. ML Athletics Fitness Bootcamp reserve the right to make any and all changes class times, schedules and locations without any notice.

ML Athletics Bootcamp FAQ’s

1. Registrations Info:

Once registered above you will have 7 days free to try out bootcamp at no charge to you.  Please read the Terms & Conditions on the Boot Camp Pages for more info on our Programs.

Once your free trial is up and you are a member we will schedule your Fitness & Nutrition consult, taking measurements so we can assess your progress throughout the camp, and developing a 12 week goal for you.

2. Do I need to be in shape to attend the Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp?

NO! Our personal trainers are experienced in giving modifications for all fitness levels/abilities. All Fitness Levels Welcome!

3. What does a typical Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp class entail?

This class is high intensity and has tons of energy within a fun, supportive atmosphere of group exercise. The class is led by Certified Personal Trainers. Classes include conditioning exercises and basic calisthenics such as jumping jacks, push-ups, creative team challenges, obstacle courses, and core training, with alot more mixed in.

4. Can I bring a friend who’s not registered?

We have a, bring your friend days once per month. If your friend is interested in trying out the class prior to that day they can email me to discuss the various programs that are offered. There is a 1 Week Free Trial Period prior to every new Monthly Program with Registration, every person must meet and have a bootcamp consult completed prior to entering the class.

5. What should I bring to class?

Please bring a water bottle, set of dumbbells and a yoga mat or towel.

Dumbbells: Beginner 5-8lbs Intermediate 8-10lbs Advanced 10 or more!

Extremely Important, we expect everyone to bring a positive attitude, we pride ourselves on having fun while working out.

6. What results can I expect from participation in boot camp?

Although results vary, most recruits experience increased energy, increased lean mass (reduction of body fat), decreased stress levels, confidence, and sense of community not seen in traditional “Gym” classes.

A typical boot camp session burns approximately 600- 1200 calories. These session are 60 minutes long and we have tested our clients and these are the results we got here is one below:

8. Are all bootcamps held outdoors or indoors?

Every Bootcamp location has a permanent indoor location with the possibility during the good New England Months to venture outside.
