ML Athletics Boot Camps FAQ’s
1. How do I register?
Just click on your location under bootcamp or use this link http://www.mlathletics.com/boot-camp-registration/ to register for your location and time. Once registered you will have 7 days free to try out bootcamp at no charge to you. Please read the Terms & Conditions on the Boot Camp Pages for more info on our Programs.
Once your free trial is up and you are a member we will schedule your Fitness & Nutrition consult, taking measurements so we can assess your progress throughout the camp, and developing a 12 week goal for you.
2. Do I need to be in shape to attend the Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp?
NO! Our personal trainers are experienced in giving modifications for all fitness levels/abilities. All Fitness Levels Welcome!
3. What does a typical Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp class entail?
This class is high intensity and has tons of energy within a fun, supportive atmosphere of group exercise. The class is led by Certified Personal Trainers. Classes include conditioning exercises and basic calisthenics such as jumping jacks, push-ups, creative team challenges, obstacle courses, and core training, with alot more mixed in.

4. Can I bring a friend who’s not registered?
We have a, bring your friend days once per month. If your friend is interested in trying out the class prior to that day they can email me to discuss the various programs that are offered. There is a 1 Week Free Trial Period prior to every new Monthly Program with Registration, every person must meet and have a bootcamp consult completed prior to entering the class.
5. What should I bring to class?
Please bring a water bottle, set of dumbbells and a yoga mat or towel.
Dumbbells: Beginner 5-8lbs Intermediate 8-10lbs Advanced 10 or more!
Extremely Important, we expect everyone to bring a positive attitude, we pride ourselves on having fun while working out.
6. What results can I expect from participation in boot camp?
Although results vary, most recruits experience increased energy, increased lean mass (reduction of body fat), decreased stress levels, confidence, and sense of community not seen in traditional “Gym” classes.
A typical boot camp session burns approximately 600- 1200 calories. These session are 60 minutes long and we have tested our clients and these are the results we got here is one below:

7. What types of payment programs do you have?
We have a several payment programs you can choose from which are described as the membership and non-membership programs. See above:
8. Are all bootcamps held outdoors or indoors?
Every Bootcamp location has a permanent indoor location with the possibility during the good New England Months to venture outside.
